I William GEorge, Chatham County & State of North Carolina being sick and weak but of perfect mind and memory do constitute and ordain this to be my last Will & Testament. I first of all bequeath my soul to God who gave it my body to the earth to be decently buried at the discretion of my Exec'rs, hereafter to be named. As to my worldly estate I do dispose & in manner & form following, T wit. Item - I give & bequeath unto my loving wife Lydia George, my whole Estate real & personal during her natural life. Item - I give & bequeath unto my loving son William George at, the death of my loving wife, Lydia George, the tract of land whereon I now live containing by estimation one Hundred acres and all the personal Estate that my be found belonging to my estate at the time of my wife decease. I do hereby constitute ordain & appoint my loving wife Lydia George executrix & my son William George, Executor of this my last Will & Testament hereby revoking all other Wills & Testament & do constitute & & make this my last Will & Testament.
