State of North Carolina Chatham County.
In the name of God, Amen. I Benjamin Glover of the county aforesaid 
being weak in body but of perfect mind calling to mind that man has 
once to die do recommend my soul to the hands of Almighty God that gave 
it and my worldly Estate the manner and form following. To wit...
First. I give unto my beloved wife Frankey Glover all my estate freely 
for her to be possessed with during her natural life or widowhood and 
after that to be equally divided between my four children..
Elizabeth, william, Williamson and Pacely ? Glover (the name Pacely may
be Parely but don't think so, the handwriting is beautiful and clear)
And also appoint my beloved wife my lawful executor'x of this my last 
Will and Testament in witness hereof I have set my hand and seal the 
28th day of July 1798
