I Thomas Glover of Chatham County State of North Carolina being weak in body but of good and sound memory thanks be to almighty God and calling to remembrance the uncertain Estate? of this transitory life and that ll flesh must yield to death when it shall please God to call- do make Constitute, ordain & declare this my last Will and Testament in manner & form following revoking & annulling by these presents all any every Testament or Testaments Will or Wills heretofore by me made; declared wither by words or writing and this is to be taken only for my last Will and Testament and none other-- First- I give and commit my soul unto almighty God who gave it and my body to be decently buried in such a place where it shall please my Executors hereafter named - to appoint- and now for the settling of my temporal Estate such goods chattels, Lands, Debts as it hath pleased God to Bestow upon me- in form and manner- following 1st That- all my debts shall be paid - And I do appoint Elijah Hunter? & Micajah McGee? my sole Executors and Administrators--- Item- I give and bequeath unto James Walding and Thomas Walding all my Land to be divided between the two. And that their mother a Martha Walding shall live on said Land- All said boys is of age- And I bequeath all my household goods to Martha Walding and one cow to Elizabeth Walding daughter of sd martha Walding. And my mare I leave- to Mary Walding daughter (of) sd Martha Walding.
