I Milley Harward of the county of Chatham and the state of North Carolina do
make this my last will and testament that is to say I give to my daughter
Patessa Castlebary bodily heirs All of her shar of my estate I also will my gran
Daughter haisky Castlebary fifty dollars in money one bed or furniture to come
out of my estate its is my will that my daughter Dicey Castlebary bodily heirs
that shar had by Frank Castlebary have all of her shar of my estate it is my
will that William Parish my grandson have five dollars in money as his part of
estate ite is my my will that my daughter Eliza Barbee and her bodily heirs her
part of my estate ite is my will that  my sun John C. Harward shall have his
shar of my estat it is my will that my sun Lewis Harward have his part of my
estat it my will that my daughter Melina Harward and her busband W. B Harward
have her part of my estate. It is my will that my daughter Mary J Yates and her
husband Alvis Yates have her part of my estate
I hear appoint my loving son John C. Harward my executor to this my last will
and testament I have sit my hand and seal to this my last will and testament in
the presents of

Mildred Barbee Harward was the daughter of Christopher Barbee and Dicey Hopson.
she married Briton Harward 18 December 1809 in Wake County.
