Item, I give and bequeath to my loving wife Mary Kelly after all my just debts is paid all my estate wheather Real or Personal during her natural life or Widowhood and if she should marry again my will and desire is that their shall be an equal division of my estate amongst my wife & children as shall then be a living and if she does not marry at all at her Death I desire there to be an equall division of my estate amongst my children then a living __ Item I do hearby appoint my Friend William Merritt and my Loveing Wife Mary Kelly the executors of this my Last Will & Testament Revoaking every other.
