I Boleing Hines being week (sic) in body but sound in mind so make this my last will and testament. First I lend unto my well beloved wife all the property both personal & real to her and the use of the children untill the youngest child shall come of age. If any of the children shall marry or want any of the property my executors shall give such a part as they shall deem expedient. All my just debts are to be paid out of such part of the Estate as can be most conveniently spared at the discretion of my Executors. And (sic) the death of my wife then an equal division (to ?) be made amontgst all the children. It is my will that my land shall be sold in preference to my other property to satisfy my debts as in case my wife shall want it sold. My children I wish to be educated. I appoint my worth friends ["Elizabeth Hines my wife" was inserted here] John & Charles (Kennon?) my executor (sic) to my last will and testament in which I have set my hand and seal this the 6th March 1812.
