I Jeany Murry of Chatham County & State of North Carolina, being of sound & perfect mind & memory Bless'd be god do this 1st day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand Seven hundred & ninety five make & publish this my Last Will & Testament in manner following that is to say first I recommend my soul to god who gave it not Doubting but he will dispose of it as best suit his Godlike Wisdom and my Body to be burried in a Christian like manner at the Discretion of my Exe'r and as to the worldly goods which it has pleas'd God to bless me with I will that hey be disposed of in the following manner, that is to say my Will and Desire is that the Tract of Land where on I now live containing one hundred & forty four acres, be equally divied (divided) between my three children (viz) Jane Jessie & Sarah Murry said Jessie to have the part adjoining Isaac Brooks and Balaam Thompsons line said sarah to have her part adjoining Jessies part and Jane to have the part whereon the plantation now is. sd. Jessie to have one Cow & the House with one half of the Hoggs. said Sarah to have one cow with half of the Hogs all the Household furniture to be divided between my Daughters Jane & Sarah to my Daughter Ann my Hackle and Spools further I appoint my son and Daughter Jessie & Jane my sole executors of this my last Will & Testament and I do hereby disannul & Revoke all other or former Wills by me made. In Witness whereof I have hearunto set my hand & seal this day and date above written.
