In the name of God Amen, I Rachel Ward of the County of Chatham and
State of North Carolina being weak of body but of perfect sense and
memory do make and declare this my last will and testament duly revoking
all former wills by me made and first and principally I give my soul to 
--- my God and body to the earth to be buried in a Christian and decent
manner by my executors hereafter named and as for my worldly estates I
give the same as followeth. First it is my will that Davidson? Shall
have all my personal property; Item: I give the land I now live on to my
daughter Susannah Davidson & after her death to her children; and I do
hereby nominate 7 appoint my son in law John Davidson and my daughter
Susannah Davidson my whole? And sole executors of this m last will and
testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand & fix'd my seal
this 8th day of March one thousand eight hundred & four.
