Welch one shilling sterling also to my son Henry Welch one shilling Sterling to my son in law James Moffat one shilling Sterling such goods chattles and debts as hath pleased God from above to bestow upon me. I do order give and dispose the same in manner and form as follows that is to say first I will that all these debts and dues as I owe in right or conscence any manner of person or persons whatsoever shall be will and truly contested and paid or ordered to be paid within a covenant time after my decease by my Executors hereafter named - Item I give and bequath unto my well beloved wife Eve Welch all my estate real and personal to be disposed of or at her discretion and do hereby appoint and constitute my well beloved wife Eve Welch and Mark Brooks Executors of this my last Will and Testament in Testimony hereof I have thereunto I set my hand and seal the 20th Day of September 1779.
