In the name of God, Amen. I John White of the County of Chatham being
sick and weak but of perfect mind and memory do constitute this present
writing to be my last Will and Testament.
Item. I give unto my loving wife all my lands with all the rest my
estate during her life-
Item. I give unto my daughter Lucy Parker one bed and furniture-
Item. Having given all my children a proportional part of my property
(except my son John White) and after the death of my wife, he is to heir
the whole of my Estate real and personal. I do hereby constitute and
appoint my wife and my son John White, Executors of this my last Will
and Testament. In witness I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my
seal this 14th July, 1798.
