I John White of the County of Chatham being sick and weak but of perfect mind and memory do constitute this present writing to be my last Will and Testament. Item. I give unto my loving wife all my lands with all the rest my estate during her life- Item. I give unto my daughter Lucy Parker one bed and furniture- Item. Having given all my children a proportional part of my property (except my son John White) and after the death of my wife, he is to heir the whole of my Estate real and personal.
