This file was contributed for use in the USGenWeb Archives by: Norma Diggs normad@intrex.net ==================================================================== Will of Delpha Williams, Chatham Co., NC Copyright © July 7, 2000 CHATHAM CO., NC WILL BOOK, filed Feb. 1850, p. 257: In the name of God Amen, I DELPHA WILLIAMS of the County of Chatham & State of North Carolina being of sound mind and memory but considering the uncertinty of my earthly existence do make and declare this my last will & testament in manner & form following, that is to say, FIRST That my Executor hereinafter named shall provide for my burial expences and pay all my just debts.--#2--I give & bequeath to my son HENRY WILLIAMS one bed & furniture. #3--I give all the residue of my property which has not been previously given away by husband GEORGE WILLIAMS to my four sons to wit HENRY GEORGE JOHN and MARMADUKE WILLIAMS equally to be divided and lastly I do hearby constitute and appoint my trusty friend and son MARMADUKE WILLIAMS my lawful Executor to all intents and purposes to execute this my last will and testament.
