ROBERT F. TAYLOR

   Robert F. Taylor, 51, a former resident of Ivor and son of the late Mr. and 
Mrs. F.D. Taylor, died in a hospital in Andrews, N.C., at 1:10 o’clock Saturday 
morning, December 14, after a long illness.

   The deceased was a brother of the late Mrs. Anna Taylor Parker of Franklin. 
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Louise Swain Taylor of Andrews; a brother, 
Richard Taylor of Phoenix, Ariz.; and a niece and a nephew.

   Services for Mr. Taylor were held at 3 o’clock Sunday afternoon in the First 
Methodist Church in Andrews, with the pastor, Rev. Edwin Carter, and Rev. Vitold 
Gobins officiating. Burial was in Valleytown Cemetery.

   Mr. Taylor was a native of Virginia and had worked for the Tennesse Valley 
Authority from 1935 until ill health forced him to retire last February. He was 
a superintendent of construction. He had also worked in Brazil for two years.

   Attending the funeral from Franklin was G. Hinson Parker, who was related to 
the deceased by marriage.
