Benjamin Bissell

Original attachment - Returned; Isaac Pettijohn summoned as garnishee

In this case, it appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the defendant 
Benjamin Bissell is not an inhabitant of this State; it is ordered by the 
Court that notice thereof be given to Benjamin Bissell in the Edenton Gazette 
for two months that unless he appears at the next term of Court on the second 
Monday in March next, replevies his property and pleads to the situation, 
final judgment will be entered up against him.
