                      EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all the creditors of the late LYDIA BENNETT, of 
the County of Chowan; that the said LYDIA BENNETT is dead, and that the 
subscriber qualified as executor at December Term, 1807; who earnestly 
requests all those indebted to the said estate to make payment as speedily as 
possible; and those to whom the estate is indebted, to exhibit their demands 
within the times prescribed by law.
