      VS.

NATHANIEL C. BISSELL

Original Attachment -- Levied on Negroes, MOLLY and child, SAM and JOE, AND 
JENNY, three children and his right to the corner property occupied by GEORGE 
LAMB and others, also a piece of ground adjoining MARIAN CHRISTIAN and THOMAS 
L. CHARLTON on the Wharf

It appearing that the said NATHANIEL C. BISSELL hath removed himself or so 
absconds the ordinary process of law cannot be served on him, it is ordered 
that notice be given thereof in the Edenton Gazette for two months that unless 
he appear at the next Term of Court on the second Monday in December next, 
replevies and pleads to the said action final judgment will be entered up 
against him.
