                     EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern, that JOHN BOND, late of 
Chowan County, is dead, and that the subscriber qualified as Executor to said 
estate at last term of Chowan Court. Those indebted to said estate are 
requested to make immediate payment; and those to whom the estate is indebted 
will present their claims for payment, properly attested, within the time 
prescribed by law, as this notice will be plead in bar of recovery.
