                            EXECUTORS' NOTICE

   NOTICE is hereby given that STEPHEN CABARRUS, ESQ. , of Chowan County, is 
dead, and that the subscribers have qualifed as his Executors at September 
term last at Chowan Court. All persons indebted to the estate of the said 
STEPHEN CABARRUS, dec'd., are desired to make immediate payment; and those 
having claims against the same, to exhibit them within the time limited by 
law, to one or other of the subscribers.
