                  ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all the creditors of CHAS. W. CHARLTON, of Chowan 
County, that the said CHARLTON is dead, and that the subscriber qualified as 
administrator of his estate; and unless they make known their demands as the 
law directs, they will be barred of recovery.
