                 EXECUTORS' NOTICE
   NOTICE  is hereby given to all whom it may concern that JOHN COFFIELD, late 
of Chowan County, is dead, and that the subscribers at March Term qualified as 
Executors to his estate. Those having demands against said estate are 
requested to present them for payment within the time prescribed by law; and 
those indebted to the said estate are earnestly requested to make immediate 
payment, as after Decemeber Court next, suits will be indiscriminantly  
commenced against all subscribers who fail to comply with this notice.
