    vs.

GROVE WRIGHT ET ALS


GROVE WRIGHT, NEHEMIAH ROGERS, DAVID R. LAMBERT, JOHN TABELL, WILLIAM TABELL 
and HENRY C. RAMSAY, the defendants in the above case, and it being 
represented to the Court that they are not inhabitants of this State: It is 
ordered that the said defendants have notice in the Edenton Gazette to appear 
at our next Court to be held on the second Monday after the fourth Monday in 
September, then and there to file their answers according to law, or judgment 
pro confesso will be entered against them.
