  JUNE TERM, 1808

FRANKLIN CORNELL
     vs.
CHARLES JAUNDUS

Orginal Attachment Levied on Estate of CHARLES JAUNDUS, returned

It is Ordered that public notice be given to the said CHARLES JAUNDUS, by 
advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for three months; that unless he appears 
at the next term of said Court to be held for the County of Chowan, at the 
Court-House in Edenton, on the second Monday in September next, replevy his 
estate and plead to this action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
