STATE OF NORTH CAROLLINA              CHOWAN COUNTY COURT
June Term, 1820

STEPHEN ELLIOTT and RICHARD BOND
      vs.
GEORGE OUTLAW

Orginal Attachment -- Returnable to the present term of the Court and the 
Sheriff has returned levid on Sundries as per schedule Jan. 6th 1820, filed 
and having summoned as Garnishee, THOMAS TOPPING

It appearing that GEORGE OUTLAW is not an inhabitant of this State: it is 
ordered by the Court that notice thereof be given to the said GEORGE OUTLAW in 
the Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he appear at the next term of 
said Court on the second Monday in September next, replevies and pleads to the 
said action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
