13 Feb 1719/20 - This Bill bindeth me, Michael King, of Chowan Prect., 
planter unto Robert Bell of Chowan in the sum of 150 pounds and the above 
bound Michael King will warrant and defend me Robert Bell as Extr. of the 
last will and testament of Henry Woodmite dec'd and of Isobel Ferguson's 
will proved in open court. Wit: John Crombie, Thomas Bell. Reg. Chowan Ct. 
Apri. 1721. Michael King and Isobel King his wife acknowledged the within 
bond to Robert Bell. Test: Thomas Hanman, Clerk.

[Note: No will for Isobel Ferguson is found at the North Carolina Archives.
Michael King's wife was named Isabell and was possibly the daughter of Isobel 
Ferguson whose will was proved in open court.]
