                         EXECUTOR'S NOTICE

   The Subscriber having qualified as Administrator to the estate of CAPTAIN 
ALEXANDER A. FREEMAN, Dec'd, at the last term of Chowan County Court, requests 
all person indebted to the estate of said deceased to make immediate payment; 
and those having demands against it are hereby notified to exhibit them within 
the time prescribed by law.
