HENRY GARDNER
    vs.
ALEXANDER CUNNINGHAM

Original Attachment -- Returnable before the Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions 

It is ordered that public notice be given to the said ALEXANDER CUNNINGHAM by 
advertisement in the Edenton Gazette for three months, that unless he appear 
at the next Court to be held for the County of Chowan at the Court House in 
Edenton on the second Monday in June next and plead to this action, final 
judgment will be entered up against him.
