Chowan County, NC - Introduction to Governor's Council Minutes

These Council meetings were first held in Edenton - afterwards
in Brunswick Town and New Bern. The meetings seem to have moved 
back and forth between Brunswick Town and New Bern.

A few lenghty passages have been omitted where there are no 
genealogical references.
