STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA     CHOWAN COUNTY COURT
Dec. Term, 1808

MYLES HASSELL
     vs.
LEVI JONES

Orginial Attachment, Returnable to this Court at this Term

It is ordered that public notice be given by advertisement in the Edenton 
Gazette for three months to LEVI JONES, the Defendant; that unless he appear 
at the next Court, to be held for the County of Chowan at Edenton, on the 
second Monday in March next to replevy his estate and plead to said action, 
final judgment will be entered up against him.
