STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA  CHOWAN COUNTY COURT   
Dec. Term, 1818

JOSEPH HINSLEY
     vs.
ISHMAEL BUNCH, late of this County

Original Attachment Returnable at the present term, the Sheriff, having 
returned thereon, and JOSIAH McKIEL summoned as Garnishee

It is ordered that notice thereof be given to the said ISHMAEL BUNCH  in the 
Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he appear at the next Term of the 
said Court on the first Monday in March next, replevie and plead to the said 
action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
