Whereas your Petitioner is Choosen Gardian to Elisha Hobs, and Somepart 
of the Said Elisha Hobs Estate is on sufferance, by reason of it being 
the Perishable part there of yr Petitioner there for Humbly prays that
he may have an order from yr Worships to Sell Such part as may be for 
the Benefits of the Said Orphan and yr petitioner as in Duly Bound Shall 
Ever pray
