EXECUTOR'S NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to all it may concern that Moses Hobbs of Chowan County
is dead and that the subscribers at December Term 1823 at Chowan County Court
qualified as administrators to his estate. Those indebted to the said are
requested to make payment immediately; and those having claims against said
estate, are notified to present them duly authenticated within the time
prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
