                       EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that NATHANIEL HOWCOTT, 
late of Chowan County, is dead; and the Subscribers at June Term, 1819, 
qualified as executors of his estate. Those indebted to the estate are 
requested to make immediate payments and those to whom the estate is indebted 
are requested to present their claims properly authenticated with the time 
prescribed by law or this notice will be plead in bar of recovery.
