                  DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP NOTICE

   The Co-partnership of JACKSON S. HOYLE and DREW S. WHITMELL, trading under 
the Firm of HOYLE AND WHITMELL, is this day dissolved by mutual consent. All 
persons having demands against said firm are requested to present their 
accounts; and all those indebted thereto are desired without further delay 
(and to avoid litigation) to come forward and settle their respective amounts 
due by them with JACKSON S. HOYLE, who is duly empowered to settle said firm.
