Original attachment - Returned and Delight Nixon summoned as garnishee

It is ordered that notice thereof be given to the said Joel Bailey in the 
Edenton Gazette that unless he appears at the next term of sd Court and 
replevies his property and pleads to said action, final judgment will be 
entered up against him.
