                     ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern that IRA KEELER, late of 
the County of Chowan is dead, and that the subscriber obtained administation 
upon his estate at the last term of the Court of Pleas & Quarter Sessions for 
said County. All persons having claims against said estate are notified to 
present them within the time prescribed by law, and those indebted to make 
payment without delay to:
