STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA   CHOWAN COUNTY COURT   Sept. Term, 1807

KING LUTON
   vs.
POWERS ETHERIDGE

Original Attachment: The Sheriff having returned that he had levied the same 
on four Mahogany Tables, 14 Chairs, one due bill; one carpet; one bed, 
bedstead and furniture; one gold watch; two tea-boards; 1 cow and calf; two 
Bee-Hives; 1 mahogany Stand; one safe; one Negro Girl, PHILLIS.

It is ordered, That three months public notice thereof be given to the said 
POWERS ETHERIDGE, in the Edenton Gazette, as the Act of Assembly in such cases 
direct, that unless he appears at the next term of the said Court, on the 
second Monday in December next, and pleads to the said action, final judgment 
will be entered thereon against him.
