                       EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern, that BARNEY MANSFIELD, 
late of the county of Chowan, is dead, and that the subscriber qualified as 
Executor to his estate at last September term of Chowan County Court. All 
persons indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment; and 
those having claims to present them within the time prescribed by law, or this 
notice will be  plead in bar of recovery.
