                      ADMINISTRATOR'S NOTICE
   Notice is hereby given to all whom it may concern that SAMUEL McGUIRE, late 
of Chowan County, is dead, and that the subscriber qualified as administrator 
to his estate. Those indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate 
payment; and those to whom the estate is indebted are desired to present their 
claims properly authenticated within the time prescribed by law or this notice 
will be plead in bar of their recovery.
