                      ADMINISTRATER'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all the creditors of JAMES MIRES, late of the 
County of Chowan and state of North Carolina, and to all whom it may concern, 
that the said JAMES MIRES is dead, and that the subscriber administered on his 
estate at the last December Term of Chowan County Court. All persons indebted 
to the estate of the deceased are solicited to make immediate payment, and 
such as have demands against it, to present them properly attested, within the 
time prescribed by law, or they will be barred from recovery.
