                         EXECUTRIX'S NOTICE
   NOTICE, the subscriber having qualified to the last will and testament of 
HONORE NIEL, dec'd., at this term of Chowan County Court, requests all persons 
indebted to said estate to make immediate payment, and those to whom the 
estate is indebted, to bring forward their accounts properly authenticated 
within the time prescribed by law.
