      vs.

MARY SUGARS, otherwise, MARY DOMINICK

Original Attachment -- "Levied on a certain House and Kitchen, standing on the 
ground of the Plaintiff."

It is ordered that publication thereof be made in the Edenton Gazette for 30 
days that unless the said MARY appear within 30 days and plead or replevy, 
judgment will be rendered in manner prescribed by law.
