    vs.

NATHANIEL C. BISSELL

Original Attachment -- Returnable to the present term of Court and the Sheriff 
having returned on Negroes, MOLLY and child; SAM, JOE, JENNY and three 
children and NATHANIEL BISSELL'S right to corner property occupied by GEORGE 
LAMB and others, subject to former levies, if any.

It appearing that NATHANIEL BISSELL hath absconded so that the ordinary 
process of law cannot be served on him: It is ordered that notice thereof be 
given to the said NATHANIEL C. BISSELL in the Edenton Gazette for two months, 
that unless he appear at the term of said Court on the second Monday in 
December next replevies and pleads to the said action, final judgment will be 
entered up against him.
