     vs.

THOMAS A. CABARRUS et al

THOMAS A. CABARRUS, one of the defendants in the above case having failed to 
file his answer at this term, and it being represented to the Court that he is 
not a resident of this State: It is ordered that the said THOMAS A. CABARRUS 
have notice in The Edenton Gazette to appear at our next Court of Equity to be 
held at the Court House in Edenton on the second Monday after the fourth 
Monday and file his answer agreeable to law, or judgment pro confesso will be 
entered up against him.
