                    EXECUTOR'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given, that the subscriber qualifed as one of the 
Executors of WILLIAM ROMBOUGH, deceased, at September term last of Chowan 
County Court, requests all persons indebted to the estate to made immediate 
payment; and those having claims against the same to exhibit them within the 
time limited by law.
