The Court

Petition for the sale of Lands belonging to the Heirs of James Satterfield, 
dec'd

In pursuance to the order which in this case by the Honorable the Judge of our 
Court of Equity in and for the County and State aforesaid at the last term 
Court. I shall proceed to sell at public auction before the Court House door, 
in the Town of Edenton, on Monday the 12th day of March next, at 1 o'clock, 
the following valuable real estates viz

One tract, adjoining the lands of Thomas Jones' heirs of John Bonner and James 
Coffield, containing about 100 acres more or less.

One tract situated in Green Hall, containing 120 acres, or thereabouts.

One tract adjoining the lands of Thomas Jones' heirs and John Bonner being an 
undivided fourth of a body of land known by the name "Williams" containing 
[blank] acres, and also a house and lot situated on Gales Street, in the town 
of Edenton, known and distinguished in the Plan of said town by the nos [blank]

Terms, so much of the purchase money as will satisfy the costs of Petition, 
sale etc. cash. The purchasers, for the balance of the purchase money, to 
enter into bonds with three good and sufficient sureties payable in 13 months 
and 2 years.
