                   NOTICE
   The Undersigned Having at The February Term, 1863, At The Court of Pleas And
Quarter Sessions of the County of Granville, N.C., qualfied as Executrix of 
the last will and testament of MAJOR TRISTRAM L. SKINNER, late of the County 
of Chowan, deceased, hereby gives notice to all persons indebted to the said 
deceased, to present them for payment by law, or this notice will be pleaded 
in bar of their recovery.
