June Term, 1819

REUBEN SMALL
 
    vs.

ISHMAEL BUNCH

Original Attachment -- Returnable to the persent term of this Court, and the 
Sheriff having returned thereon, summoned JOSIAH S. McKIEL as Garnishee

It appearing that the said ISHMAEL BURCH is not an inhabitant of this State: 
It is ordered that notice thereof be given to the said ISHMAEL BURCH in the 
Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he appear at the next term of the 
said Court on the second Monday in September next, replevies and pleads to the 
said action, final judgment will be entered up against him.
