Joseph F. Fairbault, Martin Noxon & Thomas Francis Fairbault, infants by their 
guardian, Joseph F. Fiarbault
To
The Court

Petition for the sale of real estate belonging to the heirs of Martin Noxon, 
dec'd

In pursuance to the order made in the case by the Honorable the Judge of the 
Court of Equity in and for the County and State aforesaid at the last term of 
said Court, I shall proceed to sell at public auction before the Court House 
in the Town of Edenton, on Monday the 12th day of March next at 12 o'clock, 
that valuable and well improved lot situated on Eden Alley, known and 
distinguished in the new plan of said town by No. 14, at present occupied by 
Mr. J.F. Fairbault. Terms so much of the purchase money as will satisfy the 
costs of petition, etc. Cash: The purchaser for the balance of the purchase 
money to enter into Bonds with three good and sufficient sureties payable in 
12 months and two years.
