                   COURT DECREED SALE
   NOTICE, on Wednesday, the 31st inst., will be Sold on the premises by a 
decree of the Court of Chancery of Chowan County, at last October Term, a 
Tract of Land, containing 67-1/2 acres, late the property of CHARLES VAIL, 
being part of the Tract of land of THOMAS VAIL, dec'd. Six months credit will 
be given the purchaser giving bond with approved security to
