                           EXECUTRIX'S NOTICE
   NOTICE is hereby given to all whom it may concern that ZACHARIAH WEBB, late 
of the town of Edenton and County of Chowan, is dead, and that the subscriber 
qualified as Executrix to his estate at last December term of Chowan County 
Court. Those indebted to said estate are requested to make immediate payment; 
and those to whom the estate is indebted will present their accounts, properly 
attested within the time limited by law, or this notice will be plead in bar 
of recovery.
