STATE OF NORTH CAROLINA    COUNTY COURT OF CHOWAN
March Term, 1819

ALLEN and WHITMAN
       vs.
JOHN WILD

Original Attachment against the estate having returned thereon; EDMOND HOSKINS 
summoned as Garnishee

It appearing to the satisfaction of the Court that the said JOHN WILD, 
defendant, is not an inhabitant of this State: It is ordered by the Court that 
notice thereof be given in the Edenton Gazette for three months that unless he 
appear at the next term of the said Court, to be held on the second Monday in 
June next, rreplevies and pleads to the said action, final judgment will be 
entered up against him.
